Authors who have published with The History Press are consistently pleased with their experience.

“I have worked with The History Press through three manuscripts and I recommend them most highly. From our first contact through the production of the books, which required patience and guidance on their part, to seeing the books in print and more importantly in all the book stores, it has been a real pleasure. The company kept to their production schedules and was in frequent communication with me. I am looking forward to working with The History Press on my next project.”

—Jeff LaHurd, author of Quintessential Sarasota, Gulf Coast Chronicles and Sarasota in Vintage Images

“The History Press has been an absolute delight to work with. From concept to sales, The History Press is a very professional collaborator. This includes the discussion of the parameters concerning the concept, text, images, layout, and cover. The sales and marketing department delivers the books to all the major book stores and the Internet, as well as setting up local speaking engagements for the author. The author is in a true partnership with the publisher to deliver the highest quality book possible.”

—Chuck Mauro, author of Herndon: A Town and its History and Herndon: A History in Images
